Bulgogi Pizza

WOAH, something salty on DST?! Yes, my friends. I cook…sometimes.
This is from traderjoes.com and is super simple to make.

What you need:
  • 1 pizza dough (I used whole wheat)
  • 1/2 container Bellwether Farms Crème Fraîche
  • 2 Tbsp TJ’s Sriracha Sauce
  • about 1-1.5 cups TJ’s Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (possibly more if you like cheese)
  • 1/2 cup TJ’s Frozen Organic White Jasmine Rice, heated (I just used leftover rice)
  • 1/2 onion + 1/2 cup mushrooms, sauteed with some bulgogi sauce (like a tbsp.)
  • TJ’s Organic Cilantro, for garnish (optional)
  • 8 oz. beef, sliced, marinated with Bulgogi sauce (from any asian supermarket) & cooked
1. roll out your dough
2. Mix together the creme fraiche and sriracha sauce. Then, spread the sriracha cream sauce all over.
3. layer on the rice
4. Sprinkle generously with Mozzarella cheese
Saute your mushrooms and onions until translucent.
5. Layer on your onions and mushrooms
6. Add your beef
7. Bake for 10- 12 minutes or until golden and bubbly at 450 F.
